Reflection in Action through the 4 Elements

4 elements supervisionIntegrating the Creative Arts to tap into Collective Wisdom in Supervision

This two-day training will support, encourage and lead you in embedding the process of the 4 Elements in your supervisory practice.
A training ran by Céline in collaboration with Michael Paterson (BD, MA, MMin, Adv Dip Couns, Dip Sup, Dip Creative Sup, PGC Creative Groupwork APSE Accredited Supervisor & Trainer) that was delivered for the first time in collaboration with Common Thread

The Four Elements, developed by Lia Zografou, MA, HPC registered Dramatherapist, specialist in Gestalt in organisational consultancy, is a quick-fire method of supervision based on the philosophy and technique of playback theatre. It was designed as a way of working with supervision groups. Its aim is to offer the person who tells of an issue in supervision a short, immediate and thought-provoking response which will promote further reflection.

This training is open to arts and play therapists, psychotherapists, counselors and coaches from a variety of orientations and modalities with at least three years post qualifying experience.

If you would like to attend this workshop or to organise a day with your organisation, please contact Céline.
